Top 10 Adelaide suburbs for price growth in 2021

REISA research, based on the Appraiser General’s residential property sales data, shows a year-on-year median price increase for 334 out of 368 (over 90%) Greater Adelaide suburbs.

Speaking of the phenomenal growth, REISA Managing Director Barry Money said: “Can you believe that 90% of that 90% – or 302 out of 334 suburbs – have actually increased in median price in terms of a two-percentage figures?”

The research also revealed that the December quarter saw a sharp rise in the median house price in South Australia of 16.78%, reaching a new high of $515,000. Similarly, the median price of units and apartments increased by approximately 8%.

For Adelaide Metro, Mr Money reported a ‘17.58 per cent increase in the median year-on-year house price’, with some suburbs seeing increases of over 100 per cent.
